From start to finish, very professional, and a job well done. Des arrived on time to survey and quote, and very prompt to email an itemised quotation. Everything was clearly described, and I was happy to go ahead with the work – loft flooring and loft ladder fitting. Work took 2 days as Des said it would. The Team that did the work arrived on time both days, they were polite, respectful of my property, and very accommodating when on day one I had an emergency to attend to, and asked them if they could finish early, which they did, no problem. They were very neat and tidy indeed, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, and of the product, and would recommend Des and his Team to Family and Friends.
