Two very polite, competent, young but experienced work persons arrived to carry out our loft flooring transformation. Russel and Brandon Russell had made a previous call to the house to assess our requirements. He made a thorough and detailed appraisal, we discussed options and requirements, which resulted in a timely quote for the proposed work. This was discussed via email. Dates were confirmed and a detailed plan of work agreed. Russel and Brandon arrived on time, fully equipped with their tools, plans and materials. They carried out the work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. My recommendation for this company could not be more positive or enthusiastic! We now have another, very useful, spacious additional room added to our residence. A clean, secure home for Christmas paraphernalia, summer garden cushions, boxes of household articles etc. The loft access is also now supported by a wider, yet neatly constructed hatch with retractable ladders, providing easy access to the new space.
