Brilliant service from both Phil who initially visited and discussed options and Ashley who installed the loft ladder and the lights, which I added to the order at the very last minute. He was very considerate in all aspects of the job and conferred with me, regarding the positioning the ladder, when extended and also the position of the hatch, when open. He also took great care explaining how to extend and secure the ladder. I would definitely recommend this company
