From the initial communication with Des, to the visit yesterday of Pete and Phil, the service has been excellent. Des was really quick to respond to my emails to obtain a quote for fitting 2 replacement loft hatches. On the day Pete and Phil arrived and quickly and quietly prepared and fitted replacement loft surround and hatches. They checked with me how I wanted the loft hatch to
drop to ensure that I was happy with what was going on and then demonstrated how easy it was to use the loft latch. They were not only very quick but once finished vacuumed up after themselves too. Could not recommend enough. Great product and service.
