The initial quote from Des was comprehensive and I loved that there was a lifetime guarantee and a commitment to the price quoted regardless of whether extra work was discovered! On the day of install, Phil and Matt could not have been better. They looked after my property, were polite and courteous as well as being knowledgeable and delivering a fantastic boarded loft, hatch and ladders. Cannot fault the whole experience!
