communication was excellent. On the day Jim & Phil were polite, knowledgeable, clean and tidy and kept me informed every step of the process. Our loft is now boarded and shelved and we can access it easily with the ladder that has been installed, can’t quite believe how spacious it is! Would highly recommend.
