Keith Abbott, Colchester – Loft Boarding, Loft Shelving, Loft Ladder

I was very impressed with your company from start to finish, we have only been in our new
build bungalow for a few weeks and our neighbour told me that she had her loft boarded and
shelving was put up in her loft she said she was happy with the company she used, she gave me
your phone number. i phone the next day and spoke to Kerry who was very polite and helpful, I
told her what I wanted done she said leave it with her and she would give me a call to let me
know when someone could come out to have a look to what I wanted done within a couple
hours I had a call back from Kerry to say that the surveyor was in my area and could he pop in
to see me in the afternoon, which he did a very nice and polite gentleman I think his name was
Phil., later on that afternoon I had an email with a price and a date for when you could carry out
the work, what more could I asked for.2 weeks later I had a really nice young lad and very polite
turn up to do the work called Russell, he was very professional at his job he was quick very neat
and very tidy you wouldn’t of known he had been here. i would like to thank the 3 people who I
delt with Kerry, Phil and Russell for there professionalism I would highly recommend your
company.
