Phil and Jimbo were very good, quick, and I’m really happy with the results, everything was very clean when they had finished, Phil showed me how the loft hatch and ladder worked and I had a few goes myself till I had got it right, I’m very pleased and feel this is more secure than the old one, thank you very much.
