Very pleased with the service provided by Access4Lofts, from the first correspondence. I sent an
enquiry online out of hours on a Saturday night, and received an email back that same night to
book me in for the Wednesday for a survey. On the day of the survey, I received a call to
confirm the appointment, at which time I asked if it was possible to make it slightly earlier so I
could get out quicker. They were happy to oblige and brought the appointment forward an hour
for mw. Phil came to do the survey and was nice and knowledgeable and explained everything I
would need. Within an hour I had received the quote. I had received another quote in writing
that was slightly less and when I sent this to them and asked if anything could be done, without
quibble they matched the price. So I confirmed I wanted to go ahead and they booked me in for
3 weeks time (today). The quote for info, was to board 15sqm of loft, fit a light and a loft ladder.
Which brings me to today, Russell and Glenn arrived promptly a few minutes before the time
we had been booked in for. They went through what was to be done briefly to confirm the job
and then started setting up dust sheets etc. The job was quoted as taking a day, but the guys
manged to complete by half 1. And all done on an extremely hot day! God knows what it felt
like up there! Tidied all after themselves and then proceeded to give me a demonstration of the
ladder etc. Appears to be a good job done and polite knowledgeable guys. The office were very
helpful when it came to way of making payment for the invoice and very friendly office staff.
I would 100% recommend this company for your loft needs.
