We were very pleased with the quick response to our initial query and how quickly someone
came out to assess the work needed and carry it out. We were also appreciative of how, when
the original plan did not work out perfectly because the loft hatch size and original mechanism
were unusual, that you then suggested an alternative and carried that out quickly, too. We
