Mr W, Brentwood – Loft Ladder, Loft Hatch

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Des arrived timely to measure up (with a huge wardrobe in the way of the loft hatch too which he helped me move), answer all my questions and take me through all the available options as well as provide a timely, competitive quote. I was grateful for the work itself to be carried out promptly too as decorating is starting next week. Phil and Jim arrived timely to remove existing loft hatch, install new wooden platform (for ladder storage), new ladder and new wooden hatch. They were done within the time stated and were very tidy, professional, friendly, happy to answer lots of questions and didn’t mind lots of people including cleaners moving around where they were working. They gave a demonstration of how the ladder worked etc and exceeded my expectations in terms of my specifications. The new loft hatch will look even better when the hall gets painted and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Access4Lofts to anyone! I’ll be in touch when we want the loft itself boarded!
