Heather Thomas, Cleadon Village – Loft Ladder

We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out on Thursday to relocate access to the loft and install a wooden ladder with rail so that we can now walk into the fully-illuminated loft. It was Simon’s vision and subsequent plans that enabled this transformation. All aspects of the work is exemplary. In fact, when Simon and his assistant left our house, it was as if nothing had taken place. All the rubbish was removed and the entire area of work was vacuumed. We are looking forward to the loft being floored and the old boarding removed when Simon’s time permits. Absolutely fantastic.
