Prior to visit for carrying out work send a link to a film demonstrating how loft ladder operated. Laid dust sheets to protect carpets. Worked to the highest standards very efficiently and tidied everything on completion. We are very impressed with our newly insulated, boarded, and shelved loft with a new hatch and loft ladder.
