Tiago arrived on time to fit our new loft ladder, our old one was difficult for me to use - very heavy and cumbersome and my husband was the only one able to use it. The difference that the new ladder has made for access into the loft area is brilliant, we can all access the loft now with ease and feel safe while doing so. Tiago fitted the ladder, replaced and insulated the hatch, explained how to use the new ladder and then made sure that I was able to do so too before he left. He also hoovered and cleared up after himself which I appreciated very much. Would highly recommend

We were extremely impressed from start to finish with Access4Lofts. The initial assessment of the works required was perfectly suited to our needs and budget, and the estimate we were given was what we paid - no hidden extras. We hardly felt Mr Rodrigues's presence in our house as he carried out the work. He is clearly a perfectionist when it comes to his work and this was made clear by his attention to detail, his concern that both my husband and I understood fully how to work the loft ladder properly, and by how pristine he left our house after he had completed the installation. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

We had a new hatch (from scratch) installed. It was a hard job because it was lathe and plaster ceiling, and Jamie made it fantastically. We also had a three-section ladder, and Jamie explained how it works in every detail. Re the Cleanings, absolutely marvelous! I hadn't seen a tradesperson so due diligent with cleaning, he used dust sheets, and he also vacuum cleaned everything afterwards. Couldn't be more pleased with that. Re quotation and initial assessment, Jamie was very transparent since the beginning, explaining what could be done and not trying to hard sell anything (opposite to some other traders). He's very good at explaining to you all the bits and bobs of the products and jobs to be done. Jamie is a serious and professional trader. Now we're hiring him for a couple of more roof jobs.
