A very efficient company from start to finish! I asked Check a trade for companies to quote me to install a loft ladder. Within a couple of days the surveyor came round and took all the measurements. He discussed the best option for my loft and, as it happened, it was also the cheapest option. Within a week the fitter was at the house to get the job done. He was a really nice man. The first thing he did was put some overshoes on before covering the whole of the floor area (including the stairs) with dust sheets. He then went about making a new hatch and installing the ladder itself. It only took about an hour and a half to do. Once he finished, he cleared up his sheets and vacuumed up. He then showed he how to work the ladder and hatch. I would definitely recommend this company. In fact, I’ve already recommended them to my sister in law. Well done Access4lofts.

We saw the ad in our local Vantage point magazine and thought about how useful it would be to have the loft properly boarded and easily accessible. It was extremely easy to get a quote from Cornelius who was polite and really helpful in explaining our different options. Communication has been great throughout the process. On the day, Peter came promptly and worked so hard all day long to get it done in one day. I appreciated this so much as we have 3 children so keeping them downstairs isn’t always easy. Peter explained everything we needed to know and tidied up before leaving. All in all, a very quick, easy experience from our point of view! I did think that this job would take more than one day and make a whole lot of mess so I had been putting off getting it done, but it was so quick and easy, I’m so glad it is done now!

The fitters worked very hard and efficiently, and finished the work well within the stated timeframe. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. It has made a big improvement to our loft space and we expect to benefit from the increased insulation to the house. I think the company has delivered good value for money.
