Ian Nicholas, Church Crookham – Loft Ladder

Justin was absolutely brilliant! He arrived on time, kept the job within the time he indicated (1
hour), ensured he was careful but not slow. He was also very cheerful when my two young boys
showed significant interest in the process of installing the loft ladder.
