The fitter was polite and helpful. He worked hard and methodically. At the end of the day he
explained everything he had done, especially allowing the airflow to be efficient in our loft,
which, up until yesterday, it hadn’t been. The new flooring is fantastic, the ladder is much more
sturdy, and the trap door very easy to open and close.
