A great service from Access4lofts. After my initial enquiry about the service I was contacted very quickly by telephone and had Michael attend my property in a couple of days to have a look at my loft. Michael was very thorough in explaining the different types of job that were available and was very responsive in what I was looking to be carried out.
I received a couple of quotes from him later that evening and after a few discussions had agreed with a quote and date that the work would be carried out. The work was carried out in a very fair timescale. On the day, the team showed up on time, were friendly and very respectful of the property.
The work was carried out very fast and to a very high standard. What I considered to be a very big was finished in 6 hours. The team showed me a demonstration of how to use the new equipment before they were on their way.
Altogether a great job was carried out by very professional people. I am delighted with the job and would recommend the team highly.
