We were absolutely delighted with the job. From the very start, the engagement with Michael was easy. He was very patient in explaining the different options and costs. Then, on the day of installation, the care taken to protect our carpets by laying door mat and dust sheets, and then the care taken to clean and hoover after the job was completed was extremely thorough. We were given a clear demonstration of how the products worked. We are already planning the next phase of our project and we will be back in touch with Michael and the team when that time comes. Excellent all round!
