I’d read the reviews online before I ordered your product and they influenced me to instruct your
firm. I was pleased that your engineer (John) arrived on time, was very courteous and did the
prep beforehand (laying down protective covers and moving things out of the way on the
upstairs landing). I was amazed that he didn’t make as much noise as I expected and he was
also very quick given that he was on his own. After the work was complete, he carried out a
demonstration and provided me with written instructions as a backup. I think your products are
very good but I think your best assets are your staff. They are punctual, courteous, respectful
and efficient. It’s nice to see that the reviews online were truthful as they all said the same as
me
