I am delighted with the work carried out to remove existing loft flooring, lay new insulation, new flooring, replace the existing ladder and hatch door. I was impressed by the professionalism of business owner Michael and the installation team. Michael provided a very detailed quote & confirmation of the job & kept in touch, advising me the day before installation, when the team would arrive. John & John arrived on time and gave me a run through of what they were going to do. They protected my carpets with dust sheets and hoovered up on completion. Their workmanship was excellent and I was given a demonstration of how to operate the ladders & shown what work had been completed. I would highly recommend Access4lofts.
