The installation guy was extremely polite and professional from start to finish, from opening the door he was cheerful and asked how I was, he introduced himself and instantly started laying dust sheets on my staircase. Very efficient and at the end I offered to hoover up and he declined saying it was part of the service, had his own hoover. He demonstrated how to use new loft ladders and hatch at the end. And showed me how he installed it. Absolutely amazing service and will definitely recommend in the future.
