My installation was carried out by John who was prompt, polite, organised, efficient and a very pleasant chap to boot. There was no disruption and barely any noise and John worked non-stop until the installation was complete and everything had been tidied away and hoovered; he didn’t even stop for a cup of tea! He explained everything that had been done and then gave a detailed demonstration before asking me to go through the process myself until he was satisfied that I was operating the hatch mechanism and ladder correctly and safely. There’s not a lot of headroom in my loft but I’ve now got enough floor space to store the items that only get used once or twice a year that have been taking up space in the house so I’m very pleased with the end result and would happily recommend Access4Lofts to anyone thinking of utilising their loft space.
