The pre-contract visit was informative and useful with lots of discussion over options for the installation. Work needed to be done by us before installation was clear and justified. The installation took slightly longer than we had anticipated but this wasn’t a problem. The delay was due to a change in the design of the ladder being installed and the fact that our requirement was unique.
