I was pleased with the overall service from initiation to installation and completion. All reponses
were clear and prompt and the final product agreed was good value for money. The installation team of John, John and David were spot on time , very polite and helpful and completed the work in my lofts ahead of schedule. After completion they removed the floor coverings etc and hoovered the staircase ,landings and lofts. Finally explained the use of the new ladders etc. Very well done all round. Michael Barrett was excellent throughout the whole process from start to finish. It was a pleasure to do business with him and his team.
