Stacey Cavanagh, Burnbank – Loft Hatch, Loft Ladder

I needed Michael to install a new loft latch with a ladder. The guys were only in for an hour or so and left the place spotless afterwards. They gave me a full demo on how to use the new ladder before they left and I’m absolutely delighted with it. It looks much better than the old hatch and frees up cupboard space that has had to store two other ladders up to now.
