Stefanie Murray, Renfrew – Loft Hatch, Loft Ladder

I recently contacted Access4Lofts for a quote for a new loft ladder and new drop down hatch. I
filled in the contact form on the website and Michael called me back within a few hours and arranged a visit the following day. He explained the different options and prices and I was pleased that there was no attempt at pushing the more expensive products. On the day of installation, the engineer arrived on time and completed the job within a couple of hours, leaving no mess at all before demonstrating how to work the ladder. Overall, a very professional and friendly service which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
