Richard arrived at the given time and began work on fitting the loft ladder immediately. Richard was very thorough and took care with his workmanship. When the ladder was fitted he took time to explain how the ladder was accessed and the correct way to extend and lock the ladder in to place. There was no mess, no fuss and the job was completed very quickly. We will be using Richard again as he is going to extend the loft opening and fit a hinged loft door. Very satisfied with his work.

The job was to install a new loft hatch in a bedroom and board over the old hatch in the bathroom ready for plastering – all completed to a very high standard and with a lifetime guarantee. I found Richard’s quote to be very competitive. When he came to do the quote he explained exactly what he would do and advised on the best hatch for the job. The quality of Richard’s work is exceptional all round. He put down dust sheets from the front door all the way up 3 floors to the bathroom and bedroom. He cleaned up when finished and even took the initiative and brought some old floorboards down from the loft that the previous owners of the house had left up there. I am really pleased with the job and would be more than happy to highly recommend Richards’ work to anyone.
