Jimmy didn’t arrive on time but phoned with delayed time (15 mins) and arrived within that. Pleasant and polite; worked hard and steadily throughout. Showed me any unexpected problems as he found them (eg change of direction of joists; housing of existing loft ladder). Consideration shown to family members during his work. I would recommend this firm.
