I contacted Access4Lofts as I needed a new hatch and loft ladders. Jack listened to my requirements, checked the existing ladders etc and then discussed the options available to me. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and, more importantly, there was no “hard sell” which you get with some companies.
Jack emailed a written quote which set out the cost for each element of the job. There were no “hidden extras” and the final cost was exactly as quoted.
On the day the work was scheduled for, Jack arrived on time, closed all doors in the immediate vicinity to avoid dust etc going in the rooms and covered the carpet. He kept me informed of progress throughout the day and, when the job was complete, he cleared up to the extent that you wouldn’t know any work had been done.
