I recently had my loft boarded out and a ladder installed by Access4Lofts and all I can say is excellent from the first contact of them coming round to measure and quote there was no trying to 'up-sell' and they explained everything and left me with a guaranteed quote even if extra bits needed to be done. and then on the day of the fitting the lad who came was friendly, professional and just got on with it after completion he showed me how to use the ladder and what they had done and cleaned up the landing leaving it in the condition they had found it when they started the works. excellent service all round from start to finish, I would highly recommend.

We met Jack when he was doing a Loft Access for some friends. We were very impressed with the job he was doing. We had been told that we could not alter our own loft access because of the limited space we had. Jack agreed to come and have a look. He advised on what we could and could not do and gave us a fixed price quotation for what he suggested. He arrived promptly at 8am and worked efficiently and cleanly. The work carried out was the removal of the old loft ladder and installation of a new 3 section ladder. The installer Jack Ellis did a very professional job. He arrived at the agreed time and carried out all the work required, particularly ensuring the ladder could be safely stowed away in a safe and secure manner. I contacted Access4Lofts as I needed a new hatch and loft ladders. Jack listened to my requirements, checked the existing ladders etc and then discussed the options available to me. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and, more importantly, there was no “hard sell” which you get with some companies. Jack emailed a written quote which set out the cost for each element of the job. There were no “hidden extras” and the final cost was exactly as quoted. On the day the work was scheduled for, Jack arrived on time, closed all doors in the immediate vicinity to avoid dust etc going in the rooms and covered the carpet.
