Arrived ahead of time which was great for me. Quickly assessed that the work previously done by another company was not correct and this had caused my previous loft hatch to break eventually. Swiftly replaced the old loft hatch for the new one and although some mess around the hole had been unavoidable, he looked to patch this up for me with filler to make it look much neater. Really happy with the work and the life time guarantee of the work. Peace of mind and a job well done! Would highly recommend to anybody.
