Jamie arrived exactly on time, ensured floors were covered, checked the details of the
installation with me before explaining exactly what the work entailed then carried out the
installation with care, skill and with no inconvenience to me, especially as the working area
was very limited. Afterwards the floors were thoroughly vacuumed.
As I didn’t elect to climb into the loft myself, Jamie took photos of all the work done.
I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the customer care given from both Jack
and Jamie.
