The service we received was excellent. You arrived when you said that you would and got back to us with quotes etc in a timely manner. When you came to complete the work, you arrived on time, were polite and respectful of our home, covering carpets and flooring. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and you explained what had been done and demonstrated the loft hatch and ladder. You also cleaned up when finished.
