We received a professional and efficient service from start to finish .. our site visit and subsequent order was all confirmed immediately via email. Josh, who conducted the initial site visit arrived promptly on time and instantly understood our requirements, the product he recommended fulfilled our wishes and there was no hard sell whatsoever for additional products/services. He gave us an all in, more than acceptable price, guaranteed with no added extras. The subsequent fitter, Morgan, arrived promptly and was very respectful, courteous, friendly & efficient. He fitted our extended loft hatch and wooden pull down ladder without any issues or damage, no stress was caused to us during his visit. The final result was absolutely fantastic … the new hatch was far superior to our original one and was ‘just the job’ for making access to the loft much easier and far safer. Would definitely recommend
