Gareth explained the options very clearly during the free survey, looking to minimize costs and maximize the benefits, with no pressure or forceful selling. The office staff were very accommodating and understanding when we needed to change the installation date at short notices. The fitters did a great job, explaining the process and showing me the results...ventilation gaps, how to use the ladder etc. They even included an additional 5m squared of insulation free of charge. The surveyor and the folks that came to carry out the work were polite, friendly and really put me at ease. This is all new to me, and they helped explain to my very interested 3 year old how the roof was getting a jumper on. I'd not seen my loft before so was invited up to have it explained to me and what my options were and why. The job was done to a high standard, and I swear my kitchen was cleaner after they left than when they arrived. I don't always feel comfortable having tradespeople in my home, but the guys were courteous, kind and put me at ease while doing their job.

The fitter came on time and introduced himself very well, he explained what the job was, and if we had any questions. All our questions and ideas were taken on board and answered. All the areas that the work was done, was covered in protective sheets and once job completed, the sheets were removed and area, stairs were hoovered. Once installation was completed, he explained, demonstrated how the ladder works and answered all questions that I had.
