Jack and his co worker arrived at the time that was arranged. I was told that in order to protect our carpets sheets would be laid on the stairs and the corridor. Until this was done they removed their shoes. It was then once again explained to me what would happen. At the end of the installation I was given a demonstration of how to open the loft door and how to lower the ladders and given the chance to do it myself and to check the loft installation. I can recommend them unreservedly and they can let anyone contemplating having an installation themselves visit us first.
