Jack arrived promptly for the appointment to quote for the job. He listened to what we needed,
which involved moving the hatch to a more accessible area, boarding a useable area and
installing the telescopic ladders. We found Jack to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and
honest. Our loft area is low and quite small but he made the best plan for what we had. A quote
was received later in the day which we accepted and arranged for the work to be done when
we returned from holiday – approx 3 weeks after.
Jamie came to do our job and again, arrived promptly and was very respectful to our property.
All the landing floor and stairs were covered. He worked really hard all day and we just left him
to it. Once finished, Jamie talked me through how to operate the ladder and I climbed up into
our loft for the first time in a decade. Jamie has installed 2 lights and showed me where they
were and how to operate. We are thrilled with the work carried out and without hesitation would
recommend Jack and Jamie to anyone wanting a loft boarding and ladder installation.
