From initial survey to final clean up all works carried out were of a first class standard. The full cost of the ladder that I had selected was emailed to me after the survey was completed which was very competitively priced. At all stages of the work to be carried out I was kept informed. The fitter arrived on the date and time agreed and completed the fitting plus a couple of extras. He explained in detail the safe way to operate the ladder and answered all my questions. Billy explained how the attic floor would be boarded with lagging renewed where needed and answered all my questions clearly. Installation was remarkably quick and efficient, with all areas left spotless. The final result has transformed it from a jumble of boxes around the hatch to a usable safe storage space. Being able to walk around up there, it is now organized and easily accessible. Brilliant work and I would wholeheartedly recommend Access4Lofts.
