Initial contact was very good, no pressure to have a survey but happy to answer questions on the products. Once the survey was booked, the surveyor arrived punctually at a convenient time. He took time to consider the loft layout and the access requirements offering different options. We received the quote the next day with the options as discussed. Contact with the office was always excellent and once the installation date was agreed they kept us up to date. On the installation date they arrived as agreed. They took care to protect the area and confirmed again how we wanted the loft area boarded. They were very polite and friendly. The area was left clean and they went through the loft ladder mechanism, the guarantee and checked we were happy before they left. The office did a follow up call to check we were satisfied. We would definitely recommend this very professional company, it was a pleasure to work with them.

Both my wife and I are delighted with our new loft hatch and ladder, it exceeds our expectations. It makes accessing the loft much easier, with no balancing on steps and hoping for the best, feet dangling akimbo while climbing in. We opted for wooden steps, wider treads feel safer, they also feel warmer than the metal ones and don't creak. Our personal choice will be to give the ladder a coat of Osmo Oil to ensure the longevity of the ladder, even though there is a lifetime guarantee covering the work. Altogether a very positive experience.

Grant and his assistant Craig fitted Loft Boarding in our two lofts. They then tidied up the existing insulation, then to finish topped it up to the required level. Our lofts were not the easiest places to work in and the job overran by a day but the price Grant quoted us prior to the work remained the same which I thought was very fair. From the moment they came in to our house, laying dust sheets as they went, they were highly professional and courteous. Tidy...they even hoovered the cobbles outside where they had been cutting boards and timber. Very pleased with the work done. Professional approach and good communication - even phoned me to tell me he was going to be delayed by 15 minutes. Footwear covers were worn so no worries about the carpets getting dirty by tradesman’s boots and cover sheets put down under the work area. Very little mess made and what was there was thoroughly cleaned up and Grant made sure I was happy with how to use the ladder before leaving. Really pleased with how the the loft hatch looks, so much neater than the old one and the whole process of getting up into the loft is now a game changer for me. Would highly recommend using Acces4 Lofts...it’s been a very pleasant change to have someone who just got on with the job in hand and cleaned up so well after themselves.

Grant himself came to survey the job and gave me a quote the same day. We agreed a date and he sent 2 of his lads as arranged. They arrived friendly, professional and on time. It was a blisteringly hot day and I would have more than accepted them rescheduling but no they wanted to crack on with the job. I think the Velux window in the loft helped, which they kept open which gave them some breeze, while they completely boarded my loft, plus I kept them hydrated with plenty of water and ice. The job was predicted to maybe take more than a day but they finished it to a very high standard in one day. More than happy with the end result, plus they left it very clean and tidy. Thank you! Grant was very professional from the moment he first replied to my email to when he left after the installation. He was very accommodating when we had to cancel our initial visit (we caught Covid) and rearranged for the next week. At the initial quotation visit, he went through all the products and recommended what suited us best for our needs with no forceful or pressuring sales tactics and answered all my questions. After the meeting, he was easy to contact to answer further questions and arrange installation. On the day of the installation, he was considerate of our home at all times.
