From start to finish this job has been carried out perfectly and professionally. Dave(the installer),arrived 10minutes early, removed the old loft ladder and hatch which was becoming unsafe to use and replaced it with a lovely new wooden one. He also re-positioned the light fitting in the hallway. All the work was completed to a high standard and cleaned up when finished. What’s not to like?
