Initial contact was very good, no pressure to have a survey but happy to answer questions on
the products. Once the survey was booked, the surveyor arrived punctually at a convenient
time. He took time to consider the loft layout and the access requirements offering different
options. We received the quote the next day with the options as discussed. Contact with the
office was always excellent and once the installation date was agreed they kept us up to date.
On the installation date they arrived as agreed. They took care to protect the area and
confirmed again how we wanted the loft area boarded. They were very polite and friendly. The
area was left clean and they went through the loft ladder mechanism, the guarantee and
checked we were happy before they left. The office did a follow up call to check we were
satisfied. We would definitely recommend this very professional company, it was a pleasure to
work with them.
