Steven Baber, Helston – Loft Ladder

The fitting of the loft ladder was undertaken by a fitter who was professional and very thorough. He was a pleasant man who engaged with me as the customer with respect and involved me at every stage of the work. he was very careful in someone else’s house and cleaned up after him. The work was completed in good time and full instructions were given to me at the end.
