The Fitter (David) arrived as specified inspected the area of the Loft Hatch, told me basically what he would be doing.
Asked if I had any questions or concerns.
He proceeded to prepare the area with dust sheets ladder and tools.
He just got on with the job in hand.
During the work he asked if he was making too much noise he would shut the door.
I thought that was very considerate of him.
He cleaned up very well, asked me to inspect and try opening closing the hatch, under his supervision.
A valued employee and a first class tradesman.
Excellent job done.
