The survey was reassuring, carried out in a very friendly and professional manner leaving us with all the information we required regarding planned work and financing. Grant, when he arrived to carry out the work, treated our home with the utmost respect and completed the work in a very skilled manner, to a very high quality and with excellent attention to detail. As an added bonus, the house was left absolutely spotless when everything had been
