Communication with the office was excellent, they kept me informed on what was happening and notified me of changes to the plan. The survey was comprehensive and the quotation was detailed and clear. The work carried out in my home by David and Zack was excellent. When I mentioned to them that I had some concerns about the way the loft door would work, they quickly revised the design and came up with a solution that was well beyond my expectations. David and Zack did a great job and kept the work area clean. They were very personable people and treated our property with respect.
