Fantastic work all around. Grant (St Austell) came to survey and measure to provide a quotation. Arrived on time, very professional and helpful and the quote was reasonable. David came to carry out the lengthening of our hatch, new ladder and replacement boarding yesterday. Dust sheets placed everywhere, clean and exceptionally tidy professional workmanship. Fantastic job, we are so pleased with the results. After completion there was absolutely nothing more for us to do. Any damaged areas were fixed, sanded, painted and upon completion it looks like the loft hatch has always been there. Superb service, stunning workmanship, I would highly recommend
