Sam, who came and quoted and carried out the work, arrived promptly on all occasions and was very polite. Explained what would be required for what we asked for and explained roughly how long this would take. When arriving to carry out the work, he advised what work would be done on each day. Work was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic was more than happy with the actions taken by Sam. All work was completed faster than the time frame given. And couldn’t be happier with the results.
