The response time from inquiry to visit was very quick.The quoted price was very good and during the initial visit Sam discussed the products he was proposing to use for the loft insulation which I was very pleased to see were both more environmentally friendly as well as offered reduced health risk to the installer and spent some time finding a solution to the difficult loft access. Sam arrived slightly before time which allowed him to get prepared and start the job on time as quoted.During the loft access installation he improved it from the initial design. During the installation he was very tidy and careful and cleared up at the end leaving the property as it was when he arrived. Extremely pleased with the work carried out. I would highly recommend him.
