Kane was polite, professional and was adaptive to my needs when accessing areas near to
where he was working. He worked efficiently but still had time to respond to my interruptions in
a very patient way. He explained everything about the product and only left once I reassured
him I understood everything I needed to use the ladders safely. A lovely person who respected
